As co-founder and CEO of Kaseya, Fred spearheaded the company’s evolution into a global leader in AI-powered cybersecurity and IT management software for small to mid-sized businesses. Over the past decade, Kaseya grew to over $1.5 billion in annual revenue and completed 18 strategic acquisitions and expanded to more than 5,000 employees worldwide. Fred currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the board of directors Kaseya.
Before his tenure at Kaseya, Fred co-founded and held executive roles in multiple software and internet companies that consistently resulted in successful and profitable outcomes. He was co-founder and president of Identify Software (acquired by NYSE:BMC Software), co-founder and CEO of Trust Technology Corp (acquired by FGI Global), and president and general manager at Yodle (acquired by Web.com: NASDAQ: Web).
Fred has served on numerous software and technology company board of directors, partnering with CEOs and Private Equity sponsors to drive significant outcomes. These include Kaseya (Current), Anima Biotech (current), Team Dynamix (successful exit to K1), Club Ready (successful exit to Club Essentials), and Board Effect (successful exit to Diligent).
A recognized authority on AI, cybersecurity, business transformation, crisis management and organizational culture, Fred is an active member of the Forbes Technology Council, the Fast Company Executive Board and the Newsweek Expert Forum. Fred is also deeply committed to philanthropy. He founded and chairs the Cooper Voccola Family Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting conservative American-focused organizations and animal welfare initiatives.
